Carrine's 21st...

Last sunday, Carrine turned 21. We surprised her with a cheese cake on saturday midnight which Susan baked. The following day, we had birthday dinner. Some of us cooked a few dishes. The food tasted great. Carrine looked sooooo beautiful that day, with her make up on and the cute little red dress.. Happy Birthday Carrine!!

MF Sports Day..

3/11 : MF organize a sports day which is held at our uni sportsal.. Alot of ppl participated in this activity. Me and my fellow bible study group members wore red and pink. And we paint our nails red and pink the day b4. Wakaka... There we were divided into our teams. First we had a small warm up with the YMCA song and a ice breaking game. Then the games started.

Our first game was captain ball. The game went on for about 1 hour. Some games were quite rough. My fren, Leatrice fell and hurted her RIGHT hand, her right shoulder to be exact but the pain spread to her whole hand (the pain last for more than a week, she went to see the doctor twice cos the pain doesnt goes away, used up 2 tube of i-have-no-idea-wat's-the-actual-thing-call muscle relieve cream and immobilized her hand for a week [that means she's bandaging her hand]). The second game was dogde ball. This game also lasted for bout an hour. Then it's the prize giving ceremony. My team won 2nd prize (happy...). After that, we went outside to take pics and then went home.

Ye0nG Ch1aNg's b'day...

2/11 : Another November baby.. and that is Yeong Chiang.. We had small surprise party for him. Went up to his room at 12 am to surprise him. Lucky he's not asleep yet. He's quite surprise to see all of us cos he did not expect us to remember his b'day (of course we remember ur b'day! sort of.. wakaka.. :D). We bought an ice cream and decorated it with alphabet biscuit which read 'Yeong Chiang 20th' (since it's kinda last minute, so we did not manage to buy an actual cake). We ate the ice-cream and the extra alphabet biscuits and talk for quite a long time. And of course there's photo time.. hehe.. :P Lucky there's holiday the next day, so we do not need to worry bout classes. HAPPY BIRTHDAY YC!!!

Another month passed again 2...

This is the second part of the updates for last month..

1st : 27th of Oct. Yee Chiun's birthday today!!! Celebrated with her together with MF's members. There were lots of food prepared by her batchmates. It's a surprise party for her too.. (I'm getting fed up with suprise party). We ate and talk and took pics (of course!!)...

2nd: Anna decided to cook for us for Deepavali. So she started cooking and we end up helping her to cook cos it's so not nice to let her cook for all of us. The food tasted quite good cos it's the food that all of us cook together (i'm crapping here). hehe....

3rd: Leatrice's birthday is up.. We celebrated for 2 days!!! The first is day, we celebrated together with Deepavali. So we're wearing traditional clothes. hehe... Everyone contributed some food, so we end with LOTS of food.. hehe.. The second day is a surprise party from my batchmates and MF. The flour-egg fighting were on and the results : the floor of whole corridor of 8th floor were filled with eggs and flour and the place stinks throughout the night and the following day. hehe...

Another month passed again...

It's been so long since i wrote.. been busy with all the controls and colloq.. So i'm going to update everything that had happen for the past month. hehe.. :D

First: We had our open house for raya on the 11/10 at noon. Practically almost everyone went for the open house. Queueing up was the terrible part.. the queue was soooo long.. a few floors down.. can imagine? haha.. but that's only a tiny black dot on a huge white paper. The food were super nice (nasi briyani, chicken curry, drinks, desserts, etc...). One round is soo not enough, so i went for second round. LOLz. Now i'm missing Malaysia's food. sigh... The crowd dispersed aftwer 4 pm, but i'm still hanging out at my fren's room, talking.. I'm so full that day, that i did not had my dinner. hehe...

2nd: It's a monday so it's SUSHI TIME!!! Since there're discount every monday during lunch, me and my frens went there for lunch. hehe... We ordered ALOT of sushis (cant fit all on a table, but somehow we cramped all on the table)... Reminds me of the sushi dinner i had with my cousins before i came to Russia. Ate till all of us are very very full.. The whole meal doesnt cost more than RM 50 per person. Cheap right....

3rd: It's Ming Yee's and Elaine's birthdays!!! Btw it's on the 19th of October. hehe... But we celebrated the birthday's seperately. We celebrated Ming Yee's b'day twice. One from our batchmates, another one from MF. As usual there were suprise parties for both of them, cakes, food, etc were prepared beforehand. Having fun as usual. It's their first time celebrating their birthdays away from home. They sure do miss their families...



4th: It's 25th of Oct. It's our first year's orientation finale. We gather at the 1st floor of our dom at around 8.30 am and walk together to the uni. Speech were given by our head of dean, vice dean and our RMSA committees. After that we went our to sportsal for other activities such as performance and games. I'm one of the dancer for the day... hehe.. There were students selling food too. The finale last till noon around 2 pm.

Birthdays away from home :S

Today me and my frens celebrated Betty's 21st birthday. We bake a cheese cake for her the day b4. At around 11 pm, we went up to find Betty at our fren's room. Actually it's suppose to be a suprise for her but.... she saw us through the side of the door. Nvr mind... at least she's a little suprise. We sang her birthday songs then we feed her with the cake. Of course there's photography sessions. hehe... :P Took alot of pics. Then there goes the war... smearing cream all over her face, hair, etc.. Almost everyone has cream and cake all over their body. hehe... The 'war' lasted for bout 1/2 hour. Not very long but it's unforgetable. At bout 12 am, me and my frens wanted to bring Betty down to her room for another surprise party planned by MF. B4 we went down, we had another war. This time with EGGS!!! My fren smash the egg on her head.. OMG... now she's soak with egg.. Wakaka.. Then we went down. She dont dare to enter her room as she can guess that there're ppl waiting inside her room for her. But at last we pushed her in. Wakaka... :D We sang b'day song again and she had to blow all the candles. There're 21 candles i think. no idea.. Din really count the total amount. But the decorations of the candles are so touching. There, the 'war' start again. This time, it's more terrible. Ppl start to use more eggs and margerin. By the end of the 'war', her whole room is oily and extremely dirty bcos of the eggs and margerin and of course the cakes that MF bought. Betty is of course the dirtiest among everyone. It's as if she just had an eggs-shower. :P We cleaned up the room but it still smell like cakes + eggs + margerin = smelly. Pity her... she have to clean up the room after that. So, a few of us help her to mop the floor and clean up her room. Her birthday was really a blast. I feel so happy and jealous for her. She has a group of frens that are willing to sacrifice their time and sleep to celebrate her birthday. Eventhough she's away from home, her family member's cant celebrate with her, but there's alot of other ppl who love her so much that they're willing to do anything to make her big day unforgetable and full with happy memories. Once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BETTY!!!!!!!!! May ur wishes come true... Muacksss... Will always LOVE you...

Shopping Again!!!

Me and my frens went to China Town last saturday to shop for winter clothes and boots. We arrived there at around 11 something. I took alot of pics in front of China Town. As we were walking into the place, my fren suddenly realised that she lost her camera!! Oh no!!! Someone had already stolen it. DAMN!!!! She was looking for it every where but cannot find. sad... Dont talk bout the sad story anymore.. So, since most of us havent eaten our breakfast yet, we went to eat at a chinese restaurant. I ate beef noodles!!! There are also mixed rice and noodles. After eating, we went to shop. The place is really packed with alot of ppl... Workers pulling their trolley, walking very fast, screaming to ask ppl to make ways and one almost knocked me. Hate them.. And we cant stand infront of other stall when we're buying stuff at another stall. What the..... Where r we suppose to stand then since there's so many of us.. We cant cram into one stall!!! Went shopping for bout 2 hours. At last my fens get to buy the things that they need. Hoorrayy... :P Then we went home. Wat a tiring day that day... Later in the evening, i attended for my first bible study. Get to know more seniors that day... :D After all the introduction and praying, we had our dinner. I'm already starving... so i ate alot. Hehe... The food was very nice. Eating them makes me miss home even more.. sigh.... but never mind, one year will pass very fast... I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's all for today. :P adious......

University.....

Classes here are mostly acceptable lo. The teachers are good, some nice, some fierce, and some watever u call them.... The lecturer hav their russian slang so when they talk in english, U no lar their english bit weird weird lo n hard to get wat they talking about. But thank God i can cope. Luckily wif the modern technology, we can use camera to take pics of the slides. *phew.. Friends here also are willing to share their knowledge and will kindly help me when i'm in need. Luv u guys man. Well, our uni got quite a lot of hotties lo. Tall n sexy looking russians. Argh... how i wish i could speak russian n talk to those russian hotties. Hahaha.... Dream on girl, Wake UP!!!! Anyway, all the girls in the uni too are super hot. SUPERB!! U can never see any1 tat's ugly lookin. Serious, wif their long nose, nice coloured eyes, tallness n everything they are perfect man. Guys, u'll feel like u're in a diff place full of hot chicks surroundding U!!!! Hahah.... M i exaggerating o wat??? I admire the russians but one thing i hate bout them is their attitude. Not all lar, but only some of them tat acts so crudely n disgusting lar.
The weather here is getting cold. Can see the leaves turning colour and winter is nearing. Oh man, hav to b prepared of winter cuz i heard tat winter tis year is gonna b really really cold than the previous yr. So BEWARE!!! I hav to wear thick clothes n take care of myself during winter cos when u're sick during the winter, tat's the worst.

The seniors brought me n my frens to Mos-lanka (MMA) to do our registration thingy n our uni stuff lo. After tat, we got our sim card then internet stuff too. After all tat we went SHOPPING!! Tat's the most cool n fun part. Hahhaha.... We went to Ashan, Mega, Ikea n Obi there to go shoppin. It is said tat here is famous for msian shopping here. The things here the price very affordable lo. I think lar for my side of view. Harhaarha.... Anyway, we bought lot's of stuff from those shoppin malls n spent most of our USD money in one go. Crazy rite??? Guess where me and my frens put our foods b4 we get our fridge?? Ta da!!! Outside our room window :D Since it's cold outside, so we have a free refrigerator. Lol...

HOT NEWS!!!! There is this girl from our batch, we call her gitar (not her real name). She first day already hook up wif this guys named kelvin. Both of them indians lar. Few days only in russia and gitar n kelvin already so so so close. Like they known each other for ages or smthg like tat lar. Everyday we see them so close. Well, wat can i say??? LOVE is BLIND!!! I heard she, gitar girl has a bf back in msia. SEE!!! Wat kind of girl is tat??? So really cheap. First day reach russia already fall in love wif an indian senior. Btw, tat kelvin guy is considered our seniors cos this is his 2nd yr n for us 1st yr lo in russia.

Ashan at night..

We already 2 weeks in russia and mostly everyday we go out shopping for our stuff like fridge, carpet, washing machine, heater, curtain and other stuff.... We all really spend lot's of money here. Ah, i'm sharing room wif 2 ppl in the big room and got other 2 in the small room. All the same yr ppl. When we heard we starting class soon, me and my housemate got evrything done. Our room cleared n cleaned. It's like HOME back in msia. Comfy, clean, fresh, n watever u call it home. Ahahaha..... Wat can i say??? It's all our efforts man.

Arrival in Moscow

The flight from msia to russia were tiring man but everthing turn out ok ok lar. We arrived at the airport bout 5 smthg in the evening. Had tough time during emigration. The ppl in russia are sooooo unpredictable. They are so racist man. We students had to spent almost 2 o 3 hours waiting for our turn to pass the emigration area there. The ppl at the emigration there can suddenly close the counter n let ppl wait in the line. So freaking weird man. Sheesh.... And we had to find another line to queue. There were vientnamist ppl on the same flight. They too also were waiting for their turn. They can simply cut in ur line or squeez thru U to pass the emigration. So idiotic those ppl. So in order to b infront of the queue we too cut in the line n squeez our way thru. Kakakaaka..... But kena marah orang lar. When everyone was out from the emigration area it was already 8 smthg almost 9. We got our lugages n kumpul together to get out from the airport to our bas. There we met Dr.Farid. We bertolak from the airport bout 9:15pm. The distance from the airport to our uni, Russian State Medical University (RSMU) take bout 30 minutes to reach. By then we were already exhausted.

We reach RSMU hostel at 9:45pm. Outside waiting for us were the seniors. They all very kind n helpfull by taking our bags welcoming ur new students. Such warm welcome!!! Thanks seniors... It was so hot when we came down from the bus. We were so exhausted, hungry, and thirsty all at the same time. The RSMA committee member divide us into groups and gave us each group 2 facilitators. They brought us to 'Sinbad" (some makan place near the hostel) to eat cos we were hungry ma and it was already 11 smthg after settling down in our rooms. The rooms here mostly everything provided lar cos we paid for it lar. Bed, pillow, bedsheet, table all provided. So after eating, me n my roommates all sleep straight cos too tired n sleepy. So yea, tat'a bout all on the day me n my frens arrived in moscow!!!!! Wah.. Wat a day. *phew*
